Ferrari Saint Bris is the only Burgundy AOC that allows Sauvignon Blanc (and also Sauvignon Gris) in the wines. It is located in around the village SaintBris-le Vineux in the Yonne, a few kilometers southwest of Chablis vineyards.
Vines are planted on a variety of soils on the limestone plateaux of the commune of Saint-Bris, the vines are 20 to 30years old.
The wines are a slightly lighter style and cost effective alternative compared to those of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. Sauvignon vines were planted to replace the local and historical but very unreliable Roublot grape due to their success in the upper Loire.

Hazy, looking and smelling of orange – plus pineapple and grapefruit. Medium body with a taste emphasising oranges and lemons with light malt and piney hops. It has a moderate bitterness and a citrus finish.

Alhambra is celebrating its 100th anniversary. The brewery was set up in Granada in 1925 where they continue to brew using the very best available ingredients and without additives.
Barley malt comes from Navarra, Albacete and Seville. Granada’s water, fed from the snow-capped Sierra Nevada, has both purity and a mineral balance. Yeast is their historic own strain, probably originating from Berlin.
Named after the spectacular Alhambra Palace in Granada their beers are, like the Palace, a by-word for tradition, elegance, quality and craftmanship.

Cauro Ventum is one of just three wines produced by Bodegas Saura, a prestigious winery in the DO of Bullas in Murcia, south of Valencia.
Their 15ha of vineyards, planted with Garnacha and Monastrall, are sited around the town of Caravaca de la Cruz; mainly small terraces embedded in the forest with loamy soils and good drainage. The surrounding flora and fauna species help add nutrients and also provide natural yeasts that are part of the vinification.
Grapes are grown organically on a Gobelet system (bush vine) and without irrigation. Fermentation is carried out in limestone tanks from a near-by quarry. Maceration is 8-10 days.
These limestone tanks are unique – they are the only winery in the world using them.
After pressing, the wine goes to an oak foudre (barrel) where alcoholic fermentation ends and the malolactic fermentation takes place. After a slight clarification, bottling is done without filtering. 21,000 bottles are produced and are sealed with wax.

Ginja Ninja Orange Wine
Clean, bright, with amber yellow colour and salmon shades. Fresh fruit aromas and citric notes, pink grapefruit. On the palate the wine is light and smooth something that at the same time contrasts with the presence of the tannins and the powerful but balanced crispness. Rich, full-bodied, fresh and with a citric and vegetal character obtained from the contact with the skins. Long aftertaste.
Excellent with pasta, rice, fish and white meats.

Following the positive uptake of last year’s Beaujolais Nouveau - a wine that appealed to ‘natural wine’ lovers and beyond - we are repeating the offer for 2024.
Beaujolais Nouveau "Le Bouquet" Sans Sulfites by Robert Sarrau is a traditional cuvee made without adding any sulphur during vinification and bottling. This approach is ideal for En Primeur wines.
2024 has proved to be a promising vintage – reduced yields but with good fruit quality – making for a good depth of flavour and an easy style for immediate drinking.
Expect an abundance of fresh fruits: intense red berry aromas and a lively fruity elegance in the mouth. This soft and approachable wine is a made to be drunk young!

Kindred Spirits displays the distinctive style of Barossa old-vine Shiraz. The ancient soils and gnarled vines produce small crops of intensely flavoured grapes.
Deep intense purple colour with a lighter nose of berry fruits, plums and a little spice. Sweet, ripe fruit on the palate with a creamy vanilla edge. A very balanced finish with soft tannins.

Nexo (Nexus – a connection, tie or link) is a new wine in the Vallemayor portfolio. A 100% Tempranillo Rioja with 4 months oak ageing, that bridges the styles of modernity and tradition.
Intense garnet colour with typical aromas of red berries and hints of liquorice from the fruit. Notes of vanilla and caramel from the new American oak are more discerned on entry to the palate. Velvety mouthfeel with a persistent aftertaste.
Pair with meats – roasted pork or lamb – and cheeses.
