Tasting notes: Golden colour, smooth and crisp with a full, rich texture with lowish carbonation and a little honeyed malt. Aromas of honey, nuts, apple and banana then lead to more citrus fruit evident on the palate, malt is balanced by the hops providing bitterness and spice.
Pairing suggestions: Alhambra Especial is an effective food-friendly match with many dishes; its citrus character goes with most things from Tapas and Pad Thai, fresh tiger prawns to a classic juicy burger.
