Tasting Notes: Pours with a white compact and persistent head and pale gold colour. Light body with grassy hop character. Fresh, thirst-quenching and balanced finish.

Sustainability info: Melchiori are environmentally focused. All packaging is recyclable and all waste goes into bio-digesters. The solar panels, installed in 2011, output 400,000kW per annum and energy generated in production is heat exchanged to be recycled into the offices and their restaurant when required. Where suitable, their buildings are constructed from sustainable woods.
