Tribaut Rosé

Tribaut Rosé is, like their Origine Brut, a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, selected from 8 different terroirs; including Romery, Damery, Fleury la Rivière and Ay.

In order to obtain the wine’s salmon-coloured hue and red fruit aromas, around 10% red wine from the Damery terroir is incorporated into the cuvée.

It is made with 20% reserve wines that have been aged in large oak casks (foudres) and is kept for 30 months sur lie before disgorgement; dosage is 8 grams of sugar per litre.
