‘Cantus’ is Latin for ‘Singing’ and was used an adjective for any organised activity when mixing traditional folk singing with drinking! These loose traditions harkback to the early Middle Ages in Europe and which these same Europeans brought with them to Latin America.
The Cantus range are designed to offer tasty, straight forward and accessible single varietal wines, perfect for sipping and singing.
Wild strawberry and raspberry fruits dominating a soft palate which leads through to an assertive finish with hints of raspberry and vanilla.

The Indomita winery is 80km from Santiago and 40km from Valparaiso on the coast. It has 400ha of vineyards in Maipo – famous for its Carmenère production – and 200ha in Casablanca – the cool climate region that excels in growing Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
