Campos de Luz Rosado

Very light in colour yet a full and fruity dry rosé wine.

It is made from 100% Garnacha from 150 ha of bush and trained vines growing in flat alluvial soils. Vinification by destalking, crushing, and pressing with just 90 minutes skin contact. Fermented at 10 to 12ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Campos de Luz – Fields of Light – references the siting of the vineyards in a broad windswept plain, under open skies and unending light.

About the Producer

Vinergia

Robert Hunter who has been living and working in Spain since 1986 founded Vinergia in 2005. Specifically it looked to help what had been an “explosion” in the number of small-to-medium sized Spanish producers who might need support bringing their wines to market both in different regions of Spain, but also overseas.

He then developed the business to work with distributors on creating bespoke ranges and looking to source and make wine the market wants. The portfolio has been very successful in breaking down the vine map of Spain into which region is best for which grape varieties.
