A true Cuvée without sulfites added.

No sulfur has been added during vinification and bottling. This does not mean that the wine does not contain sulphites since wine naturally produces sulphur in small dose to protect itself from oxidation.

The absence of input such as sulfur is ideal for En Primeur wines as it allows a full and intense expression of the aromas.

Very strict processes in terms of hygiene, a blanket of CO2 associated with a very specialized bottling process allows a safety in terms of conservation of the wine.
