Arcale Terre Siciliane Rosso
A blend of the native Sicilian grape Nero d’Avola (40%) and international varietals Syrah (35%) and Merlot (25%).
Grapes are picked when perfectly ripe, fermented alone and on the skins, in stainless steel tanks. Mid-long macerations and controlled temperatures ensure the product acquires good structure.
Vibrant, ruby red colour, with a well-balanced nose showing hints of ripe fruit, and an intense, well-orchestrated palate.
Will cellar for two years.
Food pairing – Red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.

The #bio project production plant is certified, and the oenologists who work there have had appropriate training in organic farming.
