Schmitt Söhne has been in business for over 200 years,from when the Schmitt ancestors settled in the small village of Longuich, located along the Mosel River in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine region, and began managing vineyards and producing wine. Now in the 4th generation, Schmitt Söhne is one of Germany’s largest and most successful wine exporters.
